I booked an appointment for 6th February, but had an email from them last Saturday informing me that they were going into administration, and they would no longer be able to honour the appointment.... Where do I stand now? Can I get a refund or an exchange for a similar deal with another supplier...?

We never got to use our voucher as timeless beauty went into administration. Email sent to groupon to see if we can have a refund.

My initial appointment time was not long enough to cover my full treatment and this was expalined as a mistake made by their junior. I could accept that, however when I returned to the salon to receive the final part of my treatment the salon was closed and no one had contacted me to cancel my appointment. I was left to chase this up and when I did speak to someone I was initially told I would need to wait until after xmas (3 weeks). When I said I wasn't prepared to wait that long I was offered an appointment for that afternoon. While the overall admin arrangements were poor, my massage and facial were both excellent, however my manicure was disappointing.

YES YOU COULD HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE ON YOUR ANSWER MACHINE OR ON YOUR WEBSITE TO ADVISE EVERYONE. THIS WOULD HAVE AVOIDED HAVING TO CONSTANTLY TRY YOUR PHONE WHERE IT SAID YOUR MAILBOX WAS FULL. EXTREMELY BAD NON-EXISTENT SERVICE.

The premises are far too cold for the customer. Expecting them to stay in the treatment room with only underwear on calls for comfort and warmth; neither of these applies to the treatment room. The premises were extremely untidy and could do with a really good clean. The bins in the treatment room and the reception area were both extremely full of rubbish, tissues, cans, etc, and hadn't been emptied in a while. There was no hot water in the toilet. The seat at the manicure table was broken. There were dirty towels on the floor. Staff timekeeping has to improve. Communication between staff has to improve, ie if a customer books three treatments, then three treatments should be provided, not an excuse of "I didn't realise you were getting a manicure as well, can you come back another day for that?". Fresh towels must be used for every single customer, we don't like using old stained towels that have already been lain on/under. Customers notice these things, they are very important, and will play a big decision on whether they return or not. If you want to ensure that customers come back you really need to "up your game" and offer a more professional service. Staff arriving late, not once but on both appointment days, is a real let down. If a 10am appointment is given, and staff arrive late, they shouldn't then take a different customer before the 10am customer, even if it is for a "quick eyebrow wax". This is rude and downright unprofessional.

After finally getting an appointment booked, you cancelled on me. I'm still waiting on a response from you confirming when my appointment will be rescheduled. If you are going to put an offer on Groupon you should make sure you have enough staff to cover the bookings.

Please ensure that the treatment room is warm prior to customers treatment. I would also say that the towels etc on the beds were off putting. I used the face pillow and my face stuck to the plastic, there was also no fresh paper covering between clients treatments - not very hygenic
