I think there was an unexpectedly large number of customers and the staff (particularly cooking staff) couldn't cope. We waited ages and then the steak was inedible.

Twice we tried to use our vouchers. The 1st time we were told that we couldn't have a table for 1 and a half hours and we should of booked. The voucher doesn't say booking a table is required. So I booked a table for a few days later and when we went in just half an hour after opening time we were told that wouldn't be served for at least 45 minutes because it was a quarter full. Food is good.
