Avalon is tucked in a row of shops on a busy main road but it was idyllic inside. Alot of effort had gone into preparing the treatment room with mood lighting, fabric 'sails' on the ceiling and gentle sounds on the stereo. The massage I had was superb and really got into my many knots. I didn't feel rushed to get ready at the end and was left alone to 'come round'! Would definitely recommend.
