The grand Georgian façade of Cooks of Stirling sits within the centre of Stirling, close to the main shopping centre. City sights include the historic Stirling Castle, as well as The National Wallace Monument. The sweeping River Forth runs through the city, allowing for peaceful strolls and photo-taking opportunities, while the hotel is located close to the train station for those wishing to explore further. En suite rooms sit on the first floor of the building, each individually decorated with contemporary fittings and a rich colour palette. As well as a double room, each room features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and complimentary internet access. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the recently renovated restaurant which places an emphasis on seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients. An extensive cocktail, wine and beer list also complements meals. Cocktail masterclasses, wine tasting sessions and craft beer evenings are available for groups.
