The family of exercise experts at Parkfit use their military training experience to give clients a taste of outdoor front-line fitness. The troop makes the most of functional and metabolic-based training programmes, blending resistance work such as squats and press-ups, with aerobic and anaerobic exercises, including stair runs and sprints. Classes are held at various outdoor settings across Kent and East Anglia, and aim to deliver a fitness regime that blasts all the major muscle groups.
