Fairly good massage, though some odd techniques, ie. Used knuckles on my collar bone? Ouch! Used good firm pressure as I requested, lovely! Situated in very small room in busy salon, so a bit noisy, especially when stylists came near door to wash up and then shouted to each other outside. Obviously this was not the therapist's fault, but a but distracting. Very friendly, but looked quite unprofessional. No uniform, sitting on a sofa texting when I arrived for my appt, I thought she was a customer! Quality products used. Overall, I did feel relaxed afterwards but would probably go elsewhere for a better overall experience.
