We found groupon getaways to be a bit of a con...you do not get the hotels promised and end up having to take flights which cost you more money and are inconvenient, disappointing all round. Would probably be cheaper to find cheap flights yourself and book air b and b...youd have no hidden costs that way and have flights which suit you.

Flights offered cut the holiday short by 2 days, the hotel I had already paid for was full. I had to pay a further 35% for acceptable flights and a different hotel!

The company emailed me a form to refund my money however the email had two other customers details on it including bank details
I tried to contact the manger and company several times no one wanted to talk to me about it and kept saying someone would call me back
I reported the company to the gov under the new data protection legislation
Please be careful they clearly do not care and it concerns me as to where my bank detail ended up
