2nd year have had this offer . 1st year great good service and food .2nd year service was poor . Poor sandwiches no choice with egg and cress only available.cakes were smaller .asked to take leftover cakes for children. Only supplyed a hamburger carton for this. Last year there was not a problem.hyde has went down hill compared to last years tea.

Maybe don't go in middle of day during week, empty and no atmosphere. Nice place, good service and probably really good when it's busier.
