The team at Janosik serve up a wide range of meals inspired by traditional Polish and Slovakian cuisines. Hearty meats such as pork chine, pork ribs or stuffed chicken sit alongside fast food options, including pizzas and burgers. Patrons can wash the bites down with smoothies, coffees and Polish soft drinks.
Fabulous Polish specialities, really well cooked and extremely tasty.
This little place is an absolute gem and will definitely be on my must visit list whenever I am in Glasgow.
The potato pancakes with goulash was amazing
Really nice friendly and helpful staff
Great food, great portions. Friendly service.
Perhaps too harsh a rating. 3/5 for a nice restaurant, 5/5 for a small cafe. Great food and good portions. Limited menu (10 items maybe) with everything £7. I would go back though, really nice flavours and well worth a visit, its something different - just don't expect more than a cafe.
Food was very nice. The restaurant is a bit basic however the food is very good and prices reasonable.
Gave voucher to my son, who said it was good. Not fancy, but good food
Food was really good, fresh made and good sized portions.
I had stuffed chicken which was chicken stuffed with pepperoni and cheese covered in cheese sauce, steamed veg and beetroot side (beetroot was like pureed beetroot).
It's quite small but right in the heart of the Barras and see worth a visit
Only £7 for a main meal.
I'd go back and happily recommend.
Place is small but food is excellent..! Staff really freindly well worth a try.
Great little place, the food was excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing was any trouble and they talked me through all the polish specialities.
Will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
