Mr Singh’s brings together Indian and Scottish flavours to create dishes such as haggis pakora and haggis bhuna. No only do the team prepare fusion fare, but also serve their menu of cross-cultural delights in a kilt-and-turban combo. With over three generations of experience working behind the scenes, the restaurant has been serving unique cuisine in central Glasgow for over 19 years. Tasteful decor and an airy atmosphere reflect the restaurant’s contemporary approach to food.

I thought it was good to have the demonstration of how to make pakora but I had expected to be cooking it myself within the lesson. So you are essentially paying for a recipe and learning the technique without trying it yourself at the time. You also only taste one piece of pakora per type of pakora. I expected a portion for the price. The option to have dinner would have been better than just the masterclass. If you are a confident cook i'd advise to find a pakora recipe online and just cook it yourself.

I purchased a voucher for the 7 dish taster menu and would definitely recommend it. I've been quite a few times now and the best Indian food I've ever eaten
