Based on the beautiful Whitbourne Estate which has been in existence since 1860, Green Cow Kitchens are specialists in fine dining and haute cuisine. They strive to use the highest quality, seasonal ingredients wherever possible in the rotating set menus which promise a different dining experience each time. Gourmet meat and game, which is bred and hunted on-site, often goes into the French-inspired menu and can also be purchased via the Whitbourne Community Shop. The restaurant has a bar which serves all manner of drinks including local beers and ciders plus a range of wines and champagnes. They also run a field-to-fork masterclass to show how the delectable meals are cultivated from start-to-finish.
