Timetable for serving food completely out of kilter. We had to ask for our champagne at about 11am as we weren't offered any. Pulled into Guildford station (our drop off point) and was asked if we wanted coffee. A bit late as we were disembarking. Even missed out on the truffle. I don't expect this disappointing service for the high cost we paid. John Mansfield

Very good customer service so far. Have not yet been on this trip (Dec9th) but have been before. I'm sure it will be as good as previous.
