The hotel needs updating. The Spa was excellent. The pool was lovely and warm as was the steam room. The jacuzzi could have been warmer. We were given towels and robes. We both had facials which were lovely. Finally we had afternoon tea and prosecco. We couldn't eat all the cakes so took then home for my grandson. A very nice experience.

This was good value for money however the facilities were somewhat leaving and tired. No jacuzzi as it's out of order so I the pool and steam room. Plenty of lockers in changing room but only one changing bench. Afternoon tea was average, sandwiches filled with pre bought sandwich fillers ie cheese savoury, egg mayo, tuna mayo and cakes and scones also just bought in so not the best. The treatment however was really good. Overall we had a relaxing day and it was good value for money for what we paid.
