Bella Italia prides itself on sourcing authentic Italian ingredients for their traditional cuisine. They import pasta from the Gaetarelli family near Lake Garda, tomato sauce from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, and cured meats from the Fontana family. Opened in 1991, Bella Italia boasts eateries across the length and breadth of England, including the cities of London, Manchester, Leeds and Oxford. Their menu features a wide range of pizzas, pastas, and Italian Classics, with an array of wine available to pair with any dish. The restaurants' interiors are styled in a quirky Mediterranean design, with many featuring Vespas and cosy booths.
Using the Groupon voucher seemed to make us a second class customer, it was a different menu card and while waiting to order another couple who had arrived 10 minutes after us where served before us (they had a large menu card not the Groupon one) the restaurant was busy but we again had to wait and the couple who arrived after us where again served first. What we had to eat was ok.
We go do the Salford Quays branch! Service and food always excellent!
Food is always good and nicely presented however service can be poor and I find the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurants cold
