Morelli Zorelli use a 150-year old sourdough starter from Sardinia to lovingly make their bases from scratch on a daily basis. By using a series of the best ingredients and a three-day proofing method, including cooking in a wood stone oven, the team of pizzaiolas create a unique flavour to their pizzas. Ingredients and produce are imported directly from Italy and sourced locally as well, which can be seen put to use from the mezzanine level of the restaurant, while the downstairs area offers up a more intimate dining experience. They also offer a delivery service to the people of Hove, who can enjoy traditional sourdough pizza from the comfort of the sofa.
