Yoga-fit offers a wealth of classes throughout the week, as well as private one-to-one sessions. Run by a former dancer who has transferred her extensive knowledge of form and posture to yoga techniques, each of the classes are complemented by music to encourage further relaxation. Many sessions cover a dynamic flow style of yoga, which aims to harmonise both breath and movement to promote grace and freedom. Classes are suitable for all abilities and take place at a variety of locations across Brighton.
