It was very unprofessional , I when in on Friday the consolation and we talk about what we needed to do , the lady (Annie) and she told me about my hair was very dry and damaged but still I wanted to do my hair, So I called the day to change my appointment as I needed to come earlier so they told me it was fine to come. so I got there at 1pm as I changed my appt .I had to wait 45 minutes to even start and then she told it was extra £15 for toner and I had to make the payment before would even put the dye on so I asked if they take card payments and she said no . Bank transfer or cash. She even start without it I was treated like a bank robber who was going to run away with the dye on my head by this time I had been for a hour ,she didn't the remember talk we had and kept on asking for the picture which i did not show and kpet talking about the dip dye which I did not ask for , as if that was not enough she made me sign an statement
to say that she explained and I still wanted to do my hair. Away she did start and I had to called my friend to bring the money.
Then she was halfway in my hair her sister come in and she started doing her hair and I was just pass on to a other person without even asking me if it was ok.
O.M.G they started talking about there family business in front of me which made me very uneasy not professional at all.
Then I was all ready running very late the only she started my hair as I told about the time and she said that she had other client booked in before I was very angry and I called to change my appt and you told it was ok , she lied to me and told me that it was not her that I spoke too. Then my hair has a ginger tone to my hair so I asked when will the toner that I paid a extra £15 will be used and she told me that it was in the dye. DO NOT USE THIS SALON !!!!!!!!
