Ian and his friendly family run this small Inn, pub food is excellent quality as they use local meat. All well cooked and good portions. Rooms fine, could do with some toiletries in bathroom. We stayed 2 days and walked along River Lune to nearby villages, peaceful easy walking, lots of birds, swans on the river. We dont have a car but managed with taxi from Carnforth station. Will go again.
