Really good salon! Definately recommend
The lady who was doing bikini waxing (Hollywood) probably doesn’t know her job.
The wax she used was super hot as after treatment my skin was burned. Also she did not waxed the area properly.
Treatment was very painful and unprofessional. As I had experience in the past I was left very disappointed.

Mis advised price for additional treatment.
The hair colour treatment I had paid extra for Whoch was more expensive than originally quoted. Lasted one wash only.
Not great service and Not very customer friendly
Very friendly staff, I had a great haircut. Thank you Emma
Terrible service. I got the brazillian laser voucher for the Leeds clinic. Clinic is filthy. The girl did not give me relevant information during the patch test including which areas were covered by the voucher. Only when my voucher was non-refundable they told me to pay £100 more to cover the underneath regions of the brazillian. Only a little strip at the front is covered by the voucher and you must pay more to have any underneath regions lasered! Very misleading advertisement and disappointing service afterwards. Go to VGMediSpa instead!

I was really pleased with my hair cut, the lady that did it was really lovely and listened to exactly what I wanted.
Having booked in via phone on the previous wednesday I arrived on the saturday an was not booked in so I was made to feel that I should be grateful they could fit me in at 1.15 instead of 1pm. The place was dirty downstairs and upstairs, the therapist kept calling me "sweets" which is not my name.
The whole experience screamed cheap (which on groupon was what it was) however I don't feel this is a way to get and keep new customers as I would never go there again, they advertised many treatments that I probably would of booked for however not after this experience, no way.
Central location, Sammy was very friendly and a great stylist, will definately be returning .
Not had a treatement yet but probably would not go again. By getting a groupon you have to call and can't book it online.Tried to call few times, always very buay and even waiting for 5 min no answer. When finally get through you get asked loads of questions and got to wait 2 weeks to get it done. Other salons in Leeds usualy take you the same or next day. New clients don't want hassle.
They sent me a text confirming my appointment and then another straight after cancelling an appointment I didn’t have. I tried calling to confirm but despite being on hold for 1.5 hours nobody picked up my call and just cut me off. I spoke to the hair salon (downstairs) and they said that somebody from the beauty salon would call me back that evening to confirm if there were any changes to my appointment. Nobody called me so i assumed it must’ve been a mistake but when I arrived for my appointment they told me it was cancelled and there was nothing they could do. I had to go somewhere else instead. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon.
