just had my mot and it failed on 2 broken springs,mechanic couldn't get my wheels off because the locking nut had been done up with the air gun at AA1, also my back break light has been bodged up with wire after a bulb swap, not a happy chappy to say the least

Clearly mention in the details that if we dont have matching oil grade that your car manufacture recommends we will extra charge for this.

when I got my car back, it started to make a squeaking noise when I press on the breaks, which it didn't do prior to that.

Abusive service over a 7.99 fee that was not listed they assaulted an individual outside thier garage and acted like 12 year old children - pathetic service really bad customer service and would not recommend to anyone anywhere - do not use this abusive service

The service charge should be put on the Groupon you buy not put on after???? this is misleading.

I was offered an upgrade before i had even handed my keys over (I was sure I had bought the maximum available) and so declined as I had to get to work sharpish. Then the call came from the garage that I needed upgraded oil (it's a vauxhall meriva!...it takes bog standard stuff!!) but being pressured that I would need to come back and sign a disclaimer (which I had no way of doing) I agreed to the upgrade of £25 plus vat. After 'the expected your car needs several repairs call' (I had expected maybe one or two) kevin had woken up by this point and seemed quite jovial and agreed he would put them down as recommendations. This was my wife's car. When I said I was delayed due to the bad weather to get my car there by 12pm it took a lot of explaining that I had another vehicle booked in and I would be late. My question was "what are the possibilities i could re-shedule the appointment?". I am still waiting to hear from the company. When I arrived to collect my wife's car, surprise surprise, there was another increase that I wasn't informed about - the disposal cost of the oil they had replaced with upgraded oil, fully synthetic I was told, (which was only replaced 2 weeks prior when I had the sensor changed). I duly paid all the extras, which I should have seen coming! Groupon should really have checked this one out!

Thanks to the kind gentleman who helped me out, I went in for service and numerous issues were found with my car, the expense was something i really could have done without but they put the car right for me the same day so i was pleased. will use again!

if your oil you use for the basic groupon deal isn't good enough for cars then you shouldn't use it and quote low. Then put a £25 surcharge on the proper oil. What you see is what you get. Shouldn't have to read small print for the twist. Use proper oil and make the groupon price £49.99. You say retail for the service is £80. £80 should give me the correct oil without paying another £25 on top

bit pricey like most garages, can buy any additional parts a lot cheaper.
