We loved the Richard III experience! Very informative, colourful, well laid out and so close to the cathedral to see his final resting place.

Very informative exhibition spread over 2 floors. The story of how the grave was found under the car park is very detailed and describes the technology used to confirm the identity of the remains. Don't miss the actual grave site, viewed under a glass panel.

It was great to see where KR3's body was found and we had a very enthusiastic young man, Josh, give us a great talk about the discovery. We found the display upstairs - about what led up to the discovery of the body, and proving that it was really KR3 - very interesting. We didn't enjoy downstairs so much, however, as we thought the film was shown in completely the wrong place (people were constantly walking in front of it) and trying to read about the Plantagenet history was very confusing! It should be simplified and presented in chronological order. All in all we enjoyed our visit and think it is definitely worth visiting.

Great afternoon at the visitor centre. The NCP parking is expensive though, so research in advance alternatives.
