Healthiness offers community-based health and fitness services in Liverpool. It primarily works with the elderly and those with mental health problems, using strategies to help reduce sedentary behaviour and promote inclusion. The team also organises group exercise sessions and education classes for all, including private training and bootcamps. Programme coordinators have more than 25 years’ experience in the health and fitness sector, and aim to inject a sense of fun into sessions while maintaining a professional approach.
