Located in a historic Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool, The Chancery offers daytime bistro and a la carte cuisine sourced from the local area. Guests can get a taste of Britain with traditional Liverpool scouse, corned beef hash, Cornish charter pie, toad in the hole, vegan cottage pie and fish and chips. The venue also offers an extensive list of wines and ciders to upgrade each meal. Additionally, The Chancery caters for special occasions and parties in their private dining room.
Lovely afternoon tea and fantastic service.
Lovely venue, lovely afternoon tea and very attentive host.
Food was nice and service was great but the venue was below standard with unfinished building work, old battered furniture, trailing wires and general run down derelict look.
Good location,Easy to find.
So disappointed with this gift. Got it as a mothers day gift. My parents went on Saturday 09/06. They did not get the prosecco that was included in the deal. The sandwiches were poor, you'd get far better from Greggs. Presentation was poor too. As they had the Groupon deal they were say at the back of the restaurant in a dark corner. When they asked to move the waitress was unhelpful.Gents toilet backs onto the main street with full visibilty.
Worst afternoon tea they've gone to. Definitely wouldn't recommend
