Yoga is an ancient exercise and relaxation art which stretches both body and mind to bring it to a well balanced equilibrium. There are no back breaking tedious exercises at amayogi, just pure fun and tranquility. The Yoga studio at Maloca in London has all rounded teachers who love the discipline of Yoga and enjoy teaching their students the postures and stretches. Maria, Pratchi and Austin are highly qualified trainers who make clients feel that they are in the hands of experts. Amayogi is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, with two sessions on the weekdays and one session on Sundays. The times vary each week and are posted on their Facebook page. When at Amayogi, clients are taken through a 90 minute session of relaxing stretches and postures that bring healing and wellness to the body. If a client is stressed, all the worries and cares are drained away, revealing a better perspective on life, allowing clients to handle work and social activities positively. Those who have physical injuries will get natural healing for the body to regain health and suppleness of joints, muscles and mind. The sessions are worth the cost, considering that clients gain a double portion of health for the body and the mind.
