Firstly my original booking with the salon on August 2nd was just deleted and replaced with another customer. I made all the arrangements to leave my work earlier on that day only to find out that they can't take me. The manager appologised and booked me in 3 weeks later. When I came for the second time the stylist was very rude with me, insisted that I pay £10 more because apparently my hair is long and thick (it is not!). I complaied about it and reminded the stylist that when I was doing the same treatment a year ago I wasn't asked to pay more. The stylist continue to be rude and even told me that I make her job very dificult because I am complaining. The same manager came to speak with me and didn't even remember that his staff deleted my first appointment. No gesture was made at the end. I felt that they put theri offer on Groupon for £69 and then charge everyone £10 more in the salon. I went to the salon to get a nice treament for my hair and received a bad personal treatment instead!
