Barrio Cocktail Bar and Cafe is a bar, kitchen and basement club based in Battersea, London. The word Barrio is a Spanish slang term meaning place of gathering. As such, the decoration includes many trendy touches such as press cuttings exposed on the toilet walls. Barrio has tried to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere to attract in a young, hip and alternative clientele to its premises. This ethos extends to its Latin waiting staff who are warm and friendly whilst still being very efficient with their table service. The bar also has the benefit of a large outdoor seating area so that customers can take advantage of fine summer weather in London. Barrio Cocktail Bar and Café prides itself on the wide array of cocktails and alcoholic beverages on offer to its customers. It serves a range of both white and red wines. These wines are selected from the finest and most reputable vineyards of New Zealand, Italy, France and Spain. There is a range of fruit cocktails including mango passion fruit margarita and martinis such as fig and honey sour. Barrio also offers a number of bites and snacks to accompany its drinks made fresh on the premises. These snacks have a Spanish orientation and include classics such as Nachos, corn chips with salsa, Quesadillas and Guacamole. Every day, there are also a number of special dishes on offer as well.
