Byblos Harbour takes its name from a historic Lebanese town and offers a traditional Lebanese bar, grill and private dining experience. The premises' location gives diners a wide view of the waterside on which it sits. Byblos describes Lebanese cuisine as “from the sun” and “from the heart” and prides itself on using healthy, fresh ingredients in its dishes. The establishment has an extensive food menu, along with a wine and beverages menu, and also presents a special Christmas menu with Lebanese themed dishes. Byblos menu presents a wide selection of both hot and cold “mezza” dishes. Traditionally these dishes represent the sharing culture of Lebanese dining. A number of Mashawi/Grills are available, with lamb or chicken, along with a vegetarian option. Customers may also choose from three fish dishes with either sea bass or king prawns. A variety of lunch menus are offered in the form of “platters”, from midday until 6pm Monday to Saturday. Diners may also wish to add side orders, salads or savoury pastries. A dessert and beverage menu completes the options, along with fully licensed bar facilities with a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
