Worst cafe ever. Very bad service. Just they know you have a voucher and they serve others but not you. I went twice and in each time I had to wait more than 25 min for a cup of coffee.

We went o Café De Pierre at Debenhams in Bond Street where we had a lovely lunch. The presentation of the food was different and made you want to eat it. The staff was super friendly, I would go back again.

The food itself was quite good, problem was the service itself. Upon arriving at Cafe De Pierre in Debenhams (Oxford st), a woman working there screamed (I was quite taken aback, to be honest) they were not yet open, even if it said they should be open (according to their website, and Debehhams itself was open as well). That's another criticism, I might add, as their website, stating the various locations opening hours are clearly wrong. Anyway, finally, the café opened, I had to pay extra for cold drinks, which is fair enough. They did have the audacity to add service charge of not 10%, but 12,5%. And why do I react to this? Well, the service wasn't that good to be honest. The waitress (we were one of the first guests to arrive) was in what seemed to be in a bad mood. I've been working in stores and been a customer representative myself, so I clearly understand that some customers are just awful. That said; I tried to smile, not one inch of a smile welcomed me at any given time, she seemed really unengaged and bored. I wonder why she even bother coming to work, I mean; if you deal with customers, awful or not, then you should probably treat them with some respect. The food itself was wonderful, but the orange juice and the diet coke I ordered and bringing it to the table was not worth the extra 12,5% in service charge. If I had been treated nicely I wouldn't have bothered, but as it is, I'm not going to keep quiet about this. Really, really dissapointed. Why Debehams switched to Cafe De Pierre is beyond me. Will not come back, that's for sure.

The food was varied and tasty. The manager of Café De Pierre at Debenhams in Bond Street was extremely polite and helpful her name is Mariana. Our experience in the café was pleasant and I would recommend going there.
