I had a haircut with highlights. The owner charged £15 extra for my hair being below shoulder length rather than the £10 it says online. I had tea in a dirty mug. The staff were friendly enough but mostly spoke Bulgarian to one another, leaving customers out. My hair was cut and shaped well but the highlights already have roots. Okay if your on a budget but don't expect great customer experience - the owner was walking around seeing what more money she could squeeze out of customers.

Had a Hollywood wax and the lady was very friendly but there was still a little bit of hair which I didn't notice till I got home

I had a fantastic facial at this salon. Tala was amazing, she explained the procedure throughout and left my skin feeling polished and glowing. The accompanying massage was a wonderful bonus and I left the salon feeling completely rejuvenated. Would highly recommend.
