Firstly despite calling with 3 weeks advance notice, covent garden salon was all booked up until the expire date. Got transferred to Barbican and lost the cupcake option. Really chaotic salon: despite showing email confirmstion, they could not find our booking (receptionist looked like had no clue how to work the system) Took 4 people to understand we were there for 2 manicures (not facials, not pedicures just manicure ... Didn't seem to be understood by anyone) Had to ask to clean and disinfect the tools as they were not The girl was lovely but manicure has already chipped 2 days in - shellac manicure that is
