At Cyclebeat, indoor cycling classes run throughout the week in a prime spot for city workers near Monument and Bank. As well as the tiered floor, the studio also features a progress-tracking Beatboard, offering a unique way for riders to view their performance and compete with fellow trainers if they wish. While each bike has a screen showing the user’s performance data, there’s an option to project the stats to the Beatboard at the front of the class and race other participants. Riders will find music integral to all classes, but those really into the rhythm can attend the beat-based Vibecycle class. Each instructor publishes his or her playlist ahead of time so that customers can decide which suits them.
