From Our Editors

Dub Jam brings the colours, flavours and aromas of Caribbean cuisine to London’s West End. The eatery is situated on Bedford Street, a short walk from Leicester Square, and sports colourful feature walls and soft lighting. The kitchen prepares burgers, slow-cooked skewers and patties using authentic blends of spices.

I appreiate that the restaurant is going for a street food, rough & ready style, and that is fine for me. However most of the smaller sweet potato chips were literally almost all just charcoal, and there were quite a few of them in the basket. Maybe about a quarter of them at least? Also, the food was tasty but the sandwiches were fairly overpriced. I guess that it is maybe just London prices though. You would expect to pay maybe around £7-9 instead of the £12? I could go to Byron Burgers and get a huge double burger (which has loads of meat and cheese) & chips for the same price

Although members of staff were friendly I was very disappointed with the service and our whole order was mixed up. I advise for the waiter to write down the order as it is taken and confirm with the customers their order once the order has been written. The waiter should also be aware of who ordered what when serving. Our orders were messed up and so were the peoples who sat next to us. Some of our food had to be re done which meant we couldn't eat as a group. The people who say next to us were given complimentary drinks to apologise for the error. We weren't given anything. Service should be consistent and fair between customers.
