It took me 4 hours to get me hair done. There was only one girl working on 4 people at the same time. It took me so long I left without completing my treatment even though they told me I could come back to finish. The only hairdresser who worked that day worked so hard on her own I felt sorry for her. The manager should have done more to ensure there was enough staff to cover all the bookings they had. Customers were not offered even a glass of water while we waited so long terrible service but the haircut I'm happy with.

I was kept waiting for an hour whilst someone without an appointment who must have walked in 5 minutes before my appointment was given priority, this is unprofessional. When asked how long the colour would take to develop you told me "well you are really grey". This is rude. I thought having hair done was supposed to make you feel better. By the way my appointment was on my 30th birthday and you kept me waiting then insulted me! Limited conversation with hairdresser who seemed more interested in discussing business with someone in another language, again unprofessional.

The staff were all very friendly but I wasn't happy with my highlights-i asked for ashy blonde with no yellow and got a very brash/yellowy blonde. It had to be done twice because she didnt leave it long enough but I was still unhappy with the result...not to mention I was there for 3 and a half hours! The lady doing my hair was also very rough, she pulled and tugged at my hair (which is fragile and breaks easily)...I have had highlights for years and it's never been painful do I don't think I'm being dramatic!

As my first experience to the salon I can say by first impressions I will never go back. There were a few concerns regarding professionalism, firstly having my hair washed for 20 mins or so while waiting for the hot water to come back on, then when it did the water pressure was so low that it took just as long to rinse out my long hair. Secondly having to wait for someone to go shop to buy curlers for my hair, then when semi dry having to wait 10 mins for the other stylist to finish with the hair dryer before mine could be dried. Lastly and most importantly the technique the stylist used to blow dry my long hair straight was very questionable and made me worry had she even been trained at all. I fully appreciate with very long hair I would have been there a little while longer. The voucher said 1 hour for the wash, blow dry, cut and nails, I was there for 3 hours and I only had wash and blow dry, I felt based on her technique there was no way I would let her cut my hair and totally gave up on having my nails done. I feel I really wasted my time and money and I didn't get what I paid for.
