It is sad that we cannot use Marriott Hotel, but can guys look for a studio around the same vicinity to keep your students. Old Street is a bit too far.

The changing rooms and class studio room is too small. I felt cramped and uncomfortable in both. This must break health and safety as there is too much people allowed in all of them.

The customer service has been really bad, no one at reception has been able to price give advice. It took a week and several complaints just to enrol on the guest course. There doesn't apear to be any system for groupon people to enrol on classes. It has been very stressful.

They have 3 types of yoga on offer, I have tried all 3 and they are all great. The instructors guide and encourage you when your having difficulty but they do not force you to do a certain pose. The studio is smaller than others and if full, at times it feels cramp. But nevertheless you still have space to perform the pose.

The one class I attended so far was clearly overbooked. You should not have allowed booking exceeding the room capacity. The instructor Andy dealt with it ok. we just had the class like sardines (So it could have been a better experience)but he was very good though.

The first class I attended was clearly oversubscribed. There was no room for people to put mats and were told to wait outside for the next class, although they had pre-booked. It was very unpleasant to have so may people in the class and it is also not safe to allow so many in. Asking people to do headstands in such close proximity can lead to someone being injured. In addition, the teacher did not show most exercises and did not have the capacity (or interest) to individually correct anyone. We were told to just look and try to do what the others do, including us beginners. Having had 20 years of experience in ballet, pole fitness and sports, I was appauled. There was no support to gradually develop any technique, and no health and safety understanding. I believe it would require at least a third less people booked in to meet the minimum standards of delivering a fitness class.
