The staff at GI Local believe in embracing new technology and techniques in the battle to stay fit, and keep their gym up to date with the ever-evolving industry. They use dumb bells and body weight to tone up the muscles and burn the fat at the same time. Additional classes like box fit and pilates are also available to help reduce stress and strengthen the core. The gym is located on Rochester High Street, near the rail station.

poor communication. Both my partner and I bought the vouchers. We have booked 2 sessions each which unfortunately we were not able to make due to illness. GI training won't let you cancel 24hrs prior to session nor will they allow you to reschedule the session. Money wasted...

When I got there the trainer didn't ask me if I had any injuries or what my level of fitness was. There was hardly any warm-up and the trainer didn't take part in any of the exercises until I asked him. He didn't even demonstrate them, just told us to do them without any instruction. He came across as uninterested, bored and lazy. In other boot camps I've done, the trainers train with you, showing you how to do the exercises, and try to motivate you. Not this time. I could have done what GI Training did! Even when I was struggling with an exercise, he didn't ask me what was wrong, he just let me sit it out. He didn't try to encourage me or motivate me. At the end, there was minimal amount of stretching. It lasted about 30 seconds in total. It should be 30 seconds per stretch! .

Needs to be clearer on Groupon deal where to meet. Training good so far, only one session in!
