Run by respected personal trainer Liston Wingate-Denys, clients are in safe hands at the studio, with his 16 years of experience in the field. The centre offers a wide range of services including personal training, nutritional help, massage, acupuncture, yoga, physiotherapy and group training. The studio is very diverse in the range of fitness activities that it offers. One of these is Kinesis, which uses cable tension to condition your body. Also available are special running shoes for the treadmill. These bring a number of benefits: increased running efficiency, decreased chance of spraining your ankle, optimises your balance and minimized bank pain. They are very expensive to buy normally, but users at Hybrid Wellbeing get them to wear them for free when in a session. Undulating ropes are another piece of fitness ingenuity at the studio, and they are brilliant for building up your core strength, particularly in your upper body. Although challenging, the use of these ropes really does produce visible gains.
