Excellent service, good seats, will definitely use again and again!
I bought 2 tickets to see Chris Rock but unfortunately I couldn’t go so my husband took a friend. As the voucher had my name on it I contacted Groupon customer support and asked if there would be any problems giving my voucher to someone else to redeem and if they needed to take any of my identification to prove I had genuinely gifted the ticket. Customer said No. providing the groupon was printed out and taken to the venue there would be no problems. My husband ended up missing half an hour of the show because of the difficulties he had turning up with just the voucher. In the end after queuing in lengthy different queues he had to call me to take a photo of my passport and bank card to prove purchase. I would suggest groupon customer support contact the venues of the tickets they’re selling and ensure they are up to speed with procedures.
