Le Secret des Rotisseurs is a French-themed restaurant based in Canary Wharf overlooking the River Thames. The eatery uses a method of roasting chickens that dates back to 1248. The birds are cooked using hinge-and-chain rôtissoires on open flames, that are traditional to France. Preparation is in view of the diners so they may experience the spectacle while enjoying their meal. All poultry is sourced from free-range English farms, in an effort to get the best meat possible. Customers can also visit the venue's wine cave, complete with a selection of Bordeaux wines.
