Inspired by their trips to New England, friends Abigail and Valeria opened the Lobster Shack in 2015. Their idea behind the restaurant was simple: to recreate the atmosphere of Maine in London by presenting good ingredients simply. That doesn’t mean the kitchen team aren’t creative – the regularly changing menu attests to their ability. Beyond that, the owners are committed to making sure that the restaurant is green by not only choosing sustainably-caught and humanely-processed lobsters, but by also packaging their food in eco-friendly and recyclable material whenever it’s possible.
