it was quite hard to remember everything that was said as the teacher gave a lot of information so she could cover all types of skin (not a bad thing in itself!) but would have been really helpful to have been provided a notepad and pen, maybe even a template of a face so each person could take notes specific to their needs as she went through. it was also less "hands on" than i expected - the teacher did explain that depending on time we should have time at the end. but it would have been good to have tried some of the techniques as we were going through.

All in all very good. Location I felt was poor not what I was expecting and 'freebies' advertised as though this might be MAC products which was not the case! Very small travel size hand cream. Tutor and course good :)

The course was not that bad but when you said we would get some products to take away, I ended up with the smallest pot of cream which was probably 2 cm squared and that was it. No foundation, not actually make-up products whatsoever. I was disappointed to say the least

I bought voucher for my daughter for her birthday as she akways wears MAC makeup and thought it would be a nice experience but it was a disaster not at all professional, it was supposed to be held at Drury Lane but on the day we arrived at the Driry Lane we was informed by another person who was doing hairdressing there that we were not the only people that had turned up there that day and was told LMB had moved to the otherside of London to another place which was a 20 min taxi drive away and was most inconvenient and was an extra cost to us in taxi fares and also made my daughter late for her class. The beauty consultant using the MAC's brand name I didn't feel gave enough one to one it was in a group but wasn't using all MAC products didn't tell you what products, colours etc she was using on the one person she was doing the makeup on. She done half a face for the evening and the other half of face for the day but obviously wouldn't have suited everyone so there wasn't much interacting with the other people individually, my daughter said there was a young girl there who had no idea about makeup and wanted to get some ideas of makeup as she was getting married and wanted to know what would suit her best in the end my daughter was helping her with colours etc as the beautician wasn't helping her at all and was only interested in doing the once persons face for the class to follow. I strongly feel that this was a total waste of time and money and I could have bought a £30 voucher from MAC makeup in one of the department stores and my daughter would have got a one to one plus £30.00 towards any MAC products which would have been far more beneficial in the long run as I had always done for her in the past. My daughter felt it was an experience she would never want to do again and was very disappointed. I would definately not recommend this to anyone. Thank you to Groupon for reimbursing me £39 for the MAC Makeup Masterclass but I was still out of pocket regarding Taxi's to and from the place where it should have been held. For anyone out there do not book this deal as it was very disappointing.

The venue was dirty and cold. I was expecting to practice which did not happened. The course level should have been specify in the description as everything shown that day was basic mskeup which I already know.

I was ill with the norovirus so unable to attend the course - despite my leaving messages and trying several times to get through, no one ever came back to me, not impressed.
