Miracle Fitness provide fitness bootcamps for all levels of fitness at a number of locations in the London area. Miracle does not undertake military style bootcamps, but aims to create enjoyable fitness sessions to suit each individual. Body balance sessions incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi are also provided, which may suit clients requiring a lesser physical form of exercise. Men and women are both welcomed equally, and Miracle aims to assist those who attend to find a healthier and fitter way of thinking. The bootcamp programme addresses all areas of fitness including strength and cardiovascular training, nutritional advice, endurance training and co-ordination. Additional support including email tips, workout programmes to do on days off, and more are included in the package. Bootcamps may be attended as either a long term fitness plan, or on a short term membership basis. Clients may attend whichever bootcamp sessions they wish, to suit their own requirements. Bootcamps are run every calender month, (contact desired centre for details and dates), and personal training packages are also provided on request from Miracle. There is no required level of fitness for bootcamp and body balance training, sessions are designed to get the best from each individual at the best pace for them.
