the sign up procedure was quite long and entails much more than just turning up and using the voucher.

Their service is not really satisfactory plus I don't really like the automatic card set up, and the fact that they automatically register you to their mailing list and they bombard you with lots of emails..

The £10 trail offer with Groupon looked great and I would have love to have tried it. However when you set up your trail account MOVE GB ask for bank details and automatically set you up on the highest rate subscription membership. Their customer services are hard to get hold. I cancelled this Groupon Trail through email, however my card details remain on my MOVE GB account at the highest rate subscription to event though this was cancelled. I've yet to receive charges but this has all the horn marks of potential subscription you can't get out of therefore have had to cancel my registered card and hope no charges swing by my way end if month. I think MOVE GB, for trail offers! should not ask card detail or and. a trail should be set up differently on MOVE GB website removing the subscription user status, and customer services to be made more accessible,. The irony is, had MOVE GB trail been used without Fear if being whacked onto the top subscription, I could have tried it and may have opted voluntarily to subscribe as their gym on their books ( at least on paper) look good. And the deal should you wish to subscribe seems decent deal. Shame- MOVE GB should sort customer services and website our and they could have something really good. As it stands at the moment I still half expect to be landed with an enormous bill by the end of the month for simply trailing through GROUPON. I would love a response from the merchant...improvements can only be a good thing for both business and customer relations.

very complicated to organise, especially if you work normal hours. It would be far better if you could simply use the passes as a gym pass.

The online booking system doesn't work properly. At one venue, they didn't know what Move GB is.
