Formerly Nabrasa, Rodizio Brazil is a Brazilian steak house and wine bar, serving authentic churrascaria cooked meats. Rodizio Brazil offers a unique Brazilian eating experience, offering diners unlimited servings of lunch and dinner menus. “Passadors” serve cuts of meat at the customers request, carving it in view. A “disc” system allows guests to choose when they would like their next carving of freshly roasted skewers of meat. There are various types of meat to choose from, in a selection of cuts, using different styles of roasting. Brazilian dining presents a friendly relaxed eating experience, with diners controlling the pace of their meal at their leisure. A full wine bar offers a large choice of drinks. The “Prime Rodizio” menu offers 15 types of barbecue grilled meat, along with a salad bar and additional traditional hot dish extras. Diners may choose five cuts of meat from this selection. Vegetarian diners have an unlimited choice from all hot dish options, along with the salad bar. The lunch menu at Ridizio Brazil has both hot and cold buffets with a choice of 3 meats. Special main courses vary from traditionally cooked steak, fish, and chicken dishes, to mixed grills cooked on stone. A selection of side orders are available.
