Good but had issues obtaining my certificate which I had to pay £4.99 just for a PDF which again had issues claiming had to ring up twice to explain I had bought the course through Groupon. I even tried contacting Groupon no response but yeah luckily I have the certificate

excellent, instantly got access to the course and have just started it. So far, it seems very engaging and well-structured

I've really learned great knowledge for interior design. The course narrotor was very clear and has alot of experience based on her explanation of each subject. I used this as a introduction to interior design, and honestly didn't expect such a high level of in depth information for what I paid. I truly have enjoyed learning and will go through the course again. Very good for beginners.

The course is good but it won’t let you say you have finished the course. It just says continue. The certificates are £30 each which I don’t want to pay for and I can’t show anywhere I have finished the course. It’s not worth me doing any more of them as I need proof I’ve finished them. There is no way I can contact NextGen to get help either. Very disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere for courses.

I got this course as I wanted to get a certificate for work and this option seemed promising as I needed for a job. After 4 days im still waiting for my course logins. I followed instructions and gave all the details via the link and a message appeared on the screen saying i will receive the course details and gave me an email address. I still haven't got anything and never got a response from the email and message form on their website. It feels like a scam as the voucher i got via Groupon also is marked as used so not sure if i can get a refund. I don't recommend risking it even if they are legit looks like they are terrible in costumer service.
