First opened in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with a 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Very good value for money with excellent friendly service
It was my second time to buy this promo from groupon. The first one was great as I redeemed it from Marylebone station branch. Everything was great, from the service to the quality of cakes and drink. The second time was at Holland park branch and it was awful! The service was awful! The quality of the cakes and drink were disgusting!!! I love Patiserrie Valerie but Holland park branch was a disgrace to all the branches I have been to. The table was dirty and so was the cutlery. The cakes were disgusting!!! They should have a new manager there. Will never go back to that branch ever again!
