The Rose School of Transformational Yoga is located in London, UK. At the school, students can learn yoga and meditation techniques. Sunnah leads the yoga classes, and her sessions utilise the 'Vinyasa Hatha' form of yoga. Sallie has been practicing meditation for over 30 years, and teaches a mixture of yoga and meditation in her classes. There are several yoga classes available for different abilities and people. Mixed level classes are held on Sundays at 6pm, and on Wednesdays at 8pm. Intermediate classes take place on Tuesday at 8:15pm. Specialised yoga for pregnant women are held on Tuesdays at 6:30pm, and postnatal classes are held on Wednesday at 1:30pm. Through yoga, students can expect to build up stamina, flexibility, and a mental clarity. This also improves blood circulation around the body. Breathing techniques are taught, which enables students to feel calm and invigorated. Students attending meditation classes will learn visualisation techniques to achieve a calm state of mind. They will also be taught how to increase self-awareness, positive thinking, and to focus away from materialistic things. The school offers private classes to individuals like pregnant women, children, and injury sufferers. Each school session lasts for a duration of 6 weeks. The school offers a drop in session, which allows new students to try out a class before committing themselves to the entire course.
