Santo is a restaurant for people who enjoy life and who want to savour the taste of Mexican cuisine in a relaxed, informal venue. The food and the music from guest DJs at the weekend complement each other, so diners can enjoy an all-around dining experience. The food is hot and the music is vibrant, for those who like to enjoy the fire of night time in London. It is the taste of fiery hot food and beautiful cool salsas and sauces that make this cuisine such a taste explosion. Santo has a special dinner club on the first Wednesday of the month, when a special guest chef gives guests the chance to enjoy tastes from all over the world. The brilliance of Mexican food is on display in the Santo menu, which oozes with the passion and joy that exemplify this culinary tradition; from fiery hot scotch bonnets, to really cool guacamole, crunchy nachos, and sophisticated sea bass. All the perennial favourites are available at Santo: tacos, burritos, quesadillas, cazuela, as well as more obscure Mexican dishes like birria (lamb stew), and nopal salad, which features a hibiscus flower as an ingredient. The restaurant has a basic set menu for groups of seven or more, and a minimum of sixteen main course choices.
