Scandinavian Fitness offers customised training programmes, tailored to an individual's needs to enable the client to get fit and reach their true potential. The classes are run by fully qualified trainers, true to the Scandinavian concepts of health conscious living through healthy eating and exercise. Founded by a former Olympic athlete, Scandinavian Fitness aims to make training fun while enabling the client to achieve their fitness goals. New clients begin their training with a complete personal assessment with their personal trainer which involves the undertaking of a range of tests. These include postural assessments, a full medical history intake, fitness test and food and drink intake assessment together with current activity level. Clients can then choose the location of their classes. Scandinavian Fitness allows clients to select the environment in which they exercise, whether they prefer to exercise outdoors, in the studio or in the privacy of their own home. Many different types of exercise are on offer so there will be a form of exercise to suit the individual client's interests. These include weight training, cycling, crossfit workouts, stretching, posture work, barefoot running, kettlebell training and boxing as well as providing nutritional plans. Scandinavian Fitness also offers a corporate training programme to improve the health and fitness of employees in the workplace. Training is offered for individuals, couples and groups and specialist pre and post natal training is available. Scandinavian Fitness also offers injury and posture rehabilitation classes to help individuals regain functional life quality.
