The session was booked for my partner as a birthday present. We found the whole experience unwelcoming and unprofessional. We called it a day after approx 15 minutes of treatment (should have been 30 mins). The 'doctor' who carried out the chair massage made no introduction but went straight to my partner and started massaging his neck, no questionnaire was done to find out if he had any injuries of medical condition. An introduction to include the benefits of chair massage and the process would have been nice but no interaction whatsoever took place between the doctor and my partner, not even to ask if the pressure was ok. The only time the doctor spoke was to ask me where I was from. Very poor customer service, we will certainly not be returning or recommending this service.
