From Our Editors

Tally Ho Gym has three sites across London, each offering modern, well-equipped workout spaces and a packed class timetable. Helping customers to unwind after a tough workout are the centres’ steam rooms, saunas and aromatherapy rooms, and large changing rooms. Open seven days a week, the centres have knowledgeable staff on-hand at all times to help clients to get the most out of their workouts.

Need to URGENTLY improve on customer services as it's THE WORST I've ever come across. Staff have copied their Manager's attitude of feeling as if they are doing gym users a favour, whereas the opposite is true. With that negative approach to business, I can't see it surviving with the imminent opening of the PureGym just across the road. Your facilities are appalling and normally dirty too

Friendly atmosphere, including staff. Wish the weights area was a little warmer. Thank you so much for member of staff who let me in when I forgot my Groupon card. I really appreciated that and crossed the attendance box as promised.

Remove the Fitness First logos and make the gym your own. Fix the equipment that's there so you have all working equipment Clean the showers and remove the limescale Give better passes than the ones you have now. Currently have sellotape around them Have more staff in the actual gym as personal trainers and pay them accordingly so they will want to stay Just improve the gym and make it your own. Been nearly two years now since it's been inherited from Fitness First, time to get a move on
